Senior Associates - what’s the trick to getting non-responsive clients to respond to your emails? Every time I email this client about a pressing issue I am ignored, but as soon as the partner I CC on the email chimes in to ask for a response THEN all of sudden the client responds immediately. This happens to me with more than one client on more than one occasions. Are my emails invisible? Am I invisible? Please help.

We're talking a role that requires 3-5 yrs and the applicants are around 6-8 years.
