Going from a tech implementation role to a tech strategy role, what can I expect?

Instead of programming/sys admin work, will I just being doing presentations and PowerPoints?

Deciding between 2 job offers in DC & would love some advice! Background- Masters in my field, 2.5 years of full-time experience. Job A is a large company, well-known, great benefits, consulting (no past consulting experience). Job B is small nonprofit, interned there before, would have more autonomy in role but basically no benefits package (liberal leave, no 401k match, no signing bonus). Trying to decide which is best as a career move, salary is comparable for both, TIA!!!

Inspiration for those considering an industry role: Two months in at my industry job and all is well. Great title, doubled salary, great colleagues, opportunities for advancement, better work-life balance. After 10 years in consulting, I was nervous to make the jump, but can say this was a good move.

I received an email today from recruiter asking for a phone interview which I’m so happy to hear from but I applied about a month ago. I moved on and applied internally for a different role as a transfer. This new role is a promotion and my start date is next week. I immediately responded back to the recruiter and agreed to the phone interview for tomorrow 5/4…. Do I mention any of the above to them? Do I tell them I just accepted a new role and different position? Please advise

I've cleared all rounds of interviews in a good company (atleast acc to me) and since they accepted my 3 months NP so I don't want to let it go.
The problem is its been around 2 weeks and I still haven't received offer letter after final discussion. Till now I was following up with HR, he is a good person (what I felt).
I'm getting a little restless and want to follow up with the manager(who took my interview) to fasten the process without appearing desperate.
