WILL THEY KNOW? I recently moved overseas (EU) into consulting after 10 yrs external exp e.g. set up internal consultancy services for 5 diff govts across world. I was interviewed by 2 male seniors at Deloitte who said only entry point for exp hires is SC. Im being billed and pitched as SM and SME Director to clients inc. Govts. I am proactive and being fast tracked to prom board for Manager. So I put Manager on my CV/LinkedIn - invited for an SM interview with EY - will they find out I am SC?!
