My position in sales, growing existing accounts with my company, is being eliminated in October. I either take a bit of a pay cut to do something really similar but more stable on the service side, or move to new business (which is not attractive to me), or I find something new. I have a hard time knowing how much certain jobs are worth from descriptions and if I’m in the right ballpark for salary. I’ve turned down a couple interview requests bc I would tell them my range. I’ve also spent time on several jobs where the description didn’t match the value. They ended up being 20% less than others in the industry.

2 weeks ago I was interviewed by Accenture and the interview went so well that the 4 rounds happened all in one single day. They told me that I am selected and that I will receive the offer letter within 2 days. But it's been 2 weeks now, I have neither received the offer letter nor there is any communication from them. I tried calling the HRs who were calling me for the interview timings, but they are not picking up my calls.
Any idea what happened or what should I do?
