Hello everyone,
I am Data engineer with relevant experience in Big Data and AWS cloud of 8 years and got an offer from axtria.
I read some bad things about the work life balance there, is it true? I am thinking whether to resign or not.
If yes when should I tell them that I am not interested.Axtria

Use the tube. Cheapest and fastest way to get around London
Uber is also great in Europe! Tube is really easy to navigate in London too!
Bangers and mash!
Duck &waffle is an amazing restaurant if you want to splurge! Think they’re open 24 hrs too. Borough market is great for food, the hop on/hop off bus is cheesy but it’s a good way to see the city really fast. I lived there for a bit so if you want to elaborate on your likes/ what you wish to see, I can give you some more recommendations!
Bangers and mash!!

Ah just got my tickets to Buckingham! Thank you!
Thank you so much pwc2! I’m so excited
Tube is great! I lived in London. You should take the mothers line and visit Camden, lots of fun stuff there. If you like fancy them head to Hampstead station and a lot of cool stuff there too and expensive homes. It's also very easy to hit central London to party and and you can take the night bus back at night. Enjoy yourself and use that American accent on the ladies.
Sketch is a pretty cool tea spot!
Pwc2 thank you! I love history...I would like it to feel like I’m not in NYC. Also into a good beer and the best fish n chips the UK 🇬🇧 has to offer
I like the taxis. They’re not yellow cabs, but these classic black cars. The tube is good too.
Euston station is pretty central London. Kings cross is a couple stops away with almost every tube line and trains to tons of places. Since you’re there in August and like history, I would see if you can get tickets to tour Buckingham palace. It’s only open to tourists a few weeks a year while the queen is on summer holiday which is usually in July/August.
Dens le noir is the coolest restaurant I've been to in the world. Amazing experience that will blow your mind. (not necessarily unique to London but highly recommended it)
The mayor of scaredy cat Town is a cool veey unique bar.
Uber>tube for visit
If you have time to explore outside of London a trip to the Cotswolds or Stonehenge/Bath is worth it to see the countryside in UK
Jk just saw two days. I would do the bus tour the first day and go out for afternoon tea. And the second day I would watch the changing of the guard then go inside Buckingham for the tour and go to the market and maybe visit a park (Kensington is nice)
I would eat some bangers and mash!!!
