Cut Prague and do a week in Greece, you can do day trips from Athens to to elongate the stay. Mykonos/ Santorini/ Athens is already a lot of movement for 1 week

1000% agree. Getting to Prague would take almost a full day if you count waiting around the airport, and such short visits are really going to force you to miss the places you go as you rush around. Focus on Greece so you get a chance to soak it all up.
Avoid athens. Don’t get why prague in that mix?
Love Prague btw, but just go for the greek islands. Zakyntos, crete, corfu are amazing

Crete all day!!
Add at least 1 night in each? That’s a lot of travel

Athens is underwhelming. Don’t need more time there at all.
Mykonos and Santorini are overrated. Consider some of the Saronic Gulf islands, close to Pireas port. Also make sure to visit the Acropolis museum (€10 entrance fee) right next to the actual site before purchasing the €30 ticket that covers 7 archeological sites nearby (including the Acropolis).
Totally depends on what kinds of things you like doing. Your current schedule (minus Prague) is going to be glamorous, expensive, and pretty touristy. If that’s good for you, then those are premier destinations.
That is really fast in all those places, you’ll spend a huge proportion of time traveling
Fwiw my close friend was just in Greece, she liked Santorini and found Athens very underwhelming

Two points that might help you decide where to go:
- the islands that have airports as opposed to relying on ferry traffic are more expensive for hotels, restaurants, etc. You might consider somewhere like Serifos as an alternative to Santorini, for example - still so beautiful but less costly. Or even Naxos or Paros have airports but are less well-known while still being amazing.
- the ferries very frequently run late (even if just ferrying from Santorini to Mykonos), so allow for that, and you also have to get to the ferry port early.
Also, I loved Athens, but I am a big Greek history nerd. I loved the Parthenon, for example, and their history museum is amazing. Other than that, though, you may not love Athens.
October might be a little late to go to Greece. I was there last august in Santorini and Mykonos and I understand that they are seasonal and not too much is open past the summer/September. That’s also a lot of travel. I would recommend doing Prague and maybe one other city in Europe. Prague is amazing

Too much hopping around for just a week, even assuming none of those days include original departure and return flights
You will spend a lot of time traveling in between. Just stick to Greek island. Crete all the way!!!
Too much. Skip Prague. Athens/Mykonos/Santorini is even too much. If it was me I would do only Athens and Santorini and enjoy the environment instead of running and stressing no stop.
