I started working for a solo-preneur (so it's just us two) last year and after several very open and honest conversations about workload capacity and boundaries re: my schedule, I don't think I can see myself here long-term. One of the factors into my decision is what is the propensity that the resume gets pulled for on campus mbb recruiting, given that undergrads are probably applying as well? I have big brand internships already, and my undergrad school probably scores a 2/3 for brand name. Will recruiting teams put more emphasis on your latest or 1st degree?
