My suggestion is to let it go and move on. I wouldn’t bring this up at work ever. No need to start stories when you’re new and don’t know who you can trust yet.
I’m I the only one who thinks this is hilarious!! And we all need to stop taking everything so serious all the time.
This is my first job and second project and I’d say my team (and manager in question) seems normal in every sense, until this incident. I’m just honestly confused whether she meant this as a joke and was trying to be “cool” with the recent college grad (i.e. me), or is she a genuine whacko since she literally went to the restroom after saying this. She had a deadpan expression when she said it and I honestly don’t know what to make of it.
🤤 I don't believe this actually has happened.
Though it was inappropriate, I am sure she was joking. She was just expressing how attractive she found the client.
Not a big deal... Don't worry too much about it unless it becomes a trend.
Probably a joke. I’ve heard worse from male colleagues.
Was she drunk lol jeez totally inappropriate but wait and see if it's the exception or the norm.
Wow.. really! She can’t be serious
Hilarious. But unprofessional. Move on probably a joke and just wanted to bond with you (but bad judgement on her part). Move on and never mention. If more of this behavior happens without any soliciting... I would call your ethics line or talk to your coach
A2. I think it's funny but it made OP uncomfortable it seems. This I would think it's an issue.
Mostly funny yet highly inappropriate. I really cannot imagine saying that to any of my younger colleagues; not as a judgment of the woman who said it - but more so just not appropriate work behaviors. I agree with the other reply: let it go, move on and don't mention it to others. No need to start stories.
