Going to Vegas for the 4th time. 3x before all I did was party and lose all my money. Although I plan to do the same again - I do want to check out other things this time that make Vegas “great” (lol shows and restaurants). Any recommended things to see and restaurants to get a reservation for?

Catch out any of the show on the strip and they are all awesome. My personal favorite has been O. Few of the restaurants are amazing as well

I'm a co-founder of a midwest travel tech startup focused on allowing you to plan travel faster, easier, cheaper . . better. We're running a little incentive/hack for booking your first trip through Tempore, this could either be in the form of flights, hotel, or rental car. Plus we have access to proprietary discounts and concierge support.

The last 18+months have been extremely challenging as a travel startup, and would truly value the support/opportunity (no fees whatsoever). Link below!

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

My company has given me a promotion without a raise. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).
