TMI question but here goes - I eat a high fiber, veggie focused diet. I’ve suspected that I may have IBS surrounding cruciferous vegetables but I ignore it because I enjoy the taste of them and know they’re good for me, even if it causes me a lot of pain, gas, and bloating. The only issue now is I’m finding that I’m constipated way more often… I could definitely stand to drink more water but I’d think with a high fiber diet I wouldn’t have this problem.
