Currently I have 2 offers with me,
1st from Bank Of America of 14 LPA fixed. Responsibilities as mentioned by Manager: To migrate the existing projects on Scala.
2nd from Deloitte India of 12.5 LPA fixed +3LPA bonus.
Designation : Consultant.
Please suggest what will be better option for me as this is my 1st switch from start of my career.

I developed an eating disorder in college that has continued until today despite seeking therapy. I’ve kind of accepted that starvation and weird habits are like my version of alcoholism. I have also recognized some clear eating disorder signs in other female partners. For example, a rail thin partner who has crumbs and cookies piled up on her desk. Another one has the tell-tale chipmunk cheeks. Anyone else have an ED?

When I sleep well I feel ok, but on days where I’ve slept poorly or not at all, I get EXTREMELY depressed. Anyone else?

Since leaving the federal govt & joining consulting last year, I’ve already learned new skills + met some great people. I’ve also seen a few who are competitive to the point of toxicity. Just like the feds who’ve perfected laziness & stagnation...I feel sorry for them both. With the feds, they may not realize it, but they are rotting in place. For the hyper competitive consultants, nothing will ever be enough. For both, by the time they realize their error, it will be way too late.

So lonely rn that I almost want to text every girl in my phone “miss you” and see who bites.

Sometimes I feel like everyone else has their stuff together and I just don’t. How come everyone else is buying cars, homes, and going out to nice restaurants and vacations (pre-COVID)? I save half my paycheck every month, don’t do anything expensive, and I still can barely afford a place in the HCOL city I’m moving to.
