Really need some input. We have our new construction done by April 2023. Builder is giving us 28,000 credits which can be used towards closing cost and buy lock rate for 6 months from now and giving us the interest rate for 6.75% for 30 years from US bank. But I also spoke to credit union they give us 5 ARM for 5.5% but can lock rate in feb 2023. So should go with the US bank with 6.75% plus incentives or wait till feb 2023 and thn lock rates(us bank doesn’t give us ARM rates).

29F. I’ve become burnt out on spending my free time with people I don’t enjoy being around (i.e people who I feel relieved to leave after spending time with them). With that said, I’ve started to distance myself from my dad, 2 aunts, childhood best friend, and other friends. Has anyone gone through something similar?
