Does anyone know how to roughly convert freelance hourly rate to a comparable full time salary with benefits? I’ve been freelancing but converting to full time and verbally accepted a full time offer. But curious if I’m accepting a decent salary. Thank you!!

I was expecting my final EY Pay today but it didn’t get deposited. However, I did have an attempted FedEx signature required delivery yesterday. Do you think that is my final check?

I want to work remotely, but am needing ideas for what to put on my resume. I’ve been an RN for 15 years and have worked mainly in hospitals: med surg, and some work in LTC, SNF, ALF, hospice. I have a year of teaching nursing students in clinicals and labs, and some lecture teaching. Also, I have done regional advising at a call center for 7 months. Just how to put this on a resume to “sell” myself seems challenging.

I'm looking for a part-time job in HR, preferably remote and if possible at my own time... I know it may be too much to ask but I'm currently working full time and in need of additional income.
Anyone know if something like this is available?
Don't need benefits or perks but definitely additional earnings.

PwC immigration service is soooo slow. I submitted my I-140, 485 etc to them, it’s been four weeks now, they have not submitted it. They like to drag everything. I sent an email to them to follow up, they told me the timeline for them to prepare the petition is 6-8wks after they receive the signed documents. I’m just pissed off. This whole PERM/GC started since Aug 2020. Have anyone experienced such??

Anybody go from cyber consulting (assessment based/cyber maturity/incident response plan) to a more technical role? I really want to make this move but not sure if it’s possible without cutting my salary down significantly. Currently building up my skills in networking and VM so I have a path built to improve my skills. Just worried about finding a technical role when all my experience is self taught and home lab based.
