Don't stress over meeting with a recruiter, the conversation will he laid back. They're going to want to get to know your interests and skillset that's all.

like

They’re going to ask you what you want but send your resume out to whatever they need to fill anyway.

Hey everyone, French here. I’ve been coding for my all life (10-15 years) and have 6 YEO professionally (without internships). I feel like to move on in my career by upgrading to a SE/SA path. I always love problem solving and I am obsessed with detail. I don’t have any opportunity in my current company, so I am wondering where I should start to make the transition. What skills do I need? I feel like needing more responsibilities and having a valuable job.
Also, any ref?

Thanks everyone!

Senior on a new engagement with new hires as staff plus an off shore team. I get IMs and emails all day from every direction and it’s getting overwhelming.
