Hi lady fishies, what do you guys do when you have a book as a goal? Read it on company time? But I feel I don't have that time. Also, have any sales books with woman authors to recommend. Can't stomach any more men than required right now.

Hey friends, I've been in sales for over ten years in retail/ hospitality.

I'm focusing my efforts to make a switch into tech sales and id like to work for AWS.

I completed a tech sales bootcamp and have purchased a couple books on sales methodology, more so enhancing sales + active listening skills.

If anybody would be willing to chat! I'd love more insight on roles Within AWS tech sales.

Care for a quick dm chat?

I currently work in a hybrid sales/marketing role. However, I would love more experience in marketing specifically so I can move in to a marketing specific role. Does anyone have a suggestion of books or articles, podcasts, organizations to follow that will allow me to stay up to date on the latest trends but also help prepare for a marketing centric role? Thank you

Hi everyone! I’m a young CPA, relocating to Raleigh. I made the decision to transition into sales after realizing that I want to bring more fun into my career. I’m currently reading sales books, watching Keenan’s YouTube channel, and learning all I can. I’m relentlessly applying for SDR positions but I’m having trouble landing interviews (been applying through LinkedIn). I would appreciate advice from anyone who transitioned from another industry into sales. How did you break the barrier?

Hi boys & girls!

Joined a big firm (Big4) not long a go and starting to feel like I got a good grip on my current work.

I've always been very technical, so I think that the only thing I am missing now is making sales. (I really wanna make partner)

Can any seasoned lawyer share tips and materials (i.e. books) which can help?

Would it be a good idea to join a Social Club where potential clients spend time? (gym/tennis/paddel/events)

Any advice welcome!

Client onboarded a new manager almost a year ago but the resource still pulls the “I’m new card.” I am SO tired of their growing attitude to let things crumble instead of escalate, have tough conversations, and pretending they don’t know what they are doing when we’ve been having the same conversations 20 different ways and behind closed doors they understand and discuss the issues. Personal life is a mess and I am losing patience bringing solutions and documenting all of these issues.
