Since January 2020, I became laid off from my job working full-time and remotely for a Southwest Florida urologist that I worked for about 10 years. no it seemed I was going to get my job back around July of last year, he decided to create a partnership with an oncologist who had his own marketing team. I have 10 yoe in Mainframe. I have below 2 offer:
infosys - 22.29L.
JPMorgan Chase - 27L, still negotiation going on (also have h1b visa if that matters in negotiation).
I am planning to join in JP Morgan. This is going to be my first company switch (working at onshore since last few years) so wanted to know below things:
1). Is 27L is good enough for 10 yoe resource ? I have seen people joining 24-25L at 4 yoe.
2). How is asset and wealth management (AWM)..? JP Morgan

I miss customer facing and traveling. Especially the travel but I know that comes with it’s own pros and cons having a family. I’m currently in Tech but also have 5 years aid account executive experience and just don’t feel a passion for Saas. I’m curious to know what are good jobs that require travel in different job categories? I would like the opportunity to work for a company who also has an international presence. Have a desire for international business as well, it’s not a must.
