My male coworker aged 55 years, made a comment to Parter that because i am going to on leave for a week and dealing with a personal situation my heart is not at work. I went to HR today to finally complain about my bully. I didn't realize what he has been doing had been bullying, sexist shit: threatening me with performance appraisals (he's the same level as me but is the "pillar lead" of our group) and replacement. And why? Bcos I push back and tell him no when I don't have time for his random tasks. Ironically, I'm loved by everyone else and get stellar reviews from my project team but it's just him who gives me a hard time. Let's see what HR does now.

Need opinions on this. I’m invited to a bachelorette party in the spring. We’re taking a cruise. The maid of honor is now insistent that everyone pay extra so we can pay for the brides whole trip. It’s not a ton of money across everyone but the principle feels off. In a not cruise bachelorette I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for the bride but paying for a multi day cruise just isn’t rubbing me the right way. This girl is also having a destination wedding. Hi ladies. Really need your advice. Have you been with someone who brought out the worst in you? I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years and it has always been a toxic and unhealthy relationship. He’s hyper critical and I’m overly sensitive so it’s a horrible mix. Some of our recent fights have been extremely heated - with me throwing things and slapping his arm in frustration.
