Applying for Analyst II position.
Had one with a SC and now been invited to another with a Senior Director. I am assuming this is the final round but not sure. Any insights appreciated.

After many years of doing purely corporate law, I recently moved inhouse to do structured finance. Honestly, I am in unknown territories. My boss also not patient about my re-learning process yet they knew from the interview that I know close to nothing about structured finance. I am 2 months into my 6 months probation period and I am worried that I might have bit more than I can chew. FYI - I am doing all I need to do to learn (books) but still struggling. Any pointers on how to get it faster.

I am looking for opportunities (permanent) as a Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition. Location preference would be either Bangalore or Remote, I have been applying since quite some time however I am not getting calls for permanent roles.

I'm currently working in one of the big4s(I am a 2022 passout). My college's HoD forwarded a mail for on campus placement of hsbc for batch of 23, she knew that I am very interested in jobs in financial institutions(like banks etc). I spoke with her, she told me, "fill up toh karde, fir HSBC ke haath meh". So, I filled it up and applied for hsbc.

Either that or I will join another company as java developer.

I have received an offer letter. But they are checking my background, not doing my onboarding. 2 times my onboarding got postponed. It's been a long time. I have tried to reach hr multiple times. My career got stagnated.

What should I do?

I have a offer from ey india - client morgan Stanley with offer - 23 lpa fix + 20 percent variable. I will be working from pune location. Project will be somewhat relevant to fraud detection
Another offer is from citi with 24 lpa,project related to market risk And third offer from hsbc of 20 lpa with project related to insurance domain and i will part of a team they call as api team.
Want to understand which offer should i go for ?
