I’m 6 months into my first agency job and I don’t know if I should start looking elsewhere. I was told there was so much work and that’s why I was hired but honestly I don’t really do much here. I fear that I’m not learning as much as I should. Should I wait till I have a year under my belt before looking to jump somewhere else?

Idk feels a little iffy - also what if I’m terrible at baking and bake the ugliest ever cakes but that’s my side hustle that helps keep my sanity. For those who have done SBA loans - is the interest calculated on the full loan value or is it on the value remaining less the down payment ?

If the former - Seems annoying to give them money and They turn around and give it back and charge interest on it !!
