Anyone know what the likelihood of admit if you get the interview invite for booth is?

I've decided to enroll in NYU's tax LLM program part-time this fall. I'm currently at a V50 firms and I'm in the middle of lateral interviews. Would updating my application with this news hurt or help my offer prospects?

I did an initial interview with a firm Thursday morning. They asked for references and I provided them the following day along with my thank you note. In past experiences, I would have heard something by now unless they were not interested at all. Am I wrong to just write this one off?

A couple of questions for recruiters. How long does ownership last?

How does it work when you find out that the recruiter doesn't follow-up with the firms that have indicated an interest by reviewing the resume many times?

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

Anyone here a DOR? I have an opportunity to oversee a therapy department for a transitional care facility with independent, assisted, sub-acute, LTC, and a memory unit on sight. They are looking to hire 9 additional therapists to make up the team. Seems like a good opportunity as it is with a non-profit hospital organization contracting into the facility. My time would be split 50/50 between treating and management. Thoughts on must ask questions during my 2nd interview? Salary?

I'm graduating from my Master's program in Organizational Change Management this Fall 2021. Most firms only hire people with industry experience (in OCM) but it seems almost impossible to land a good job after gaining a Masters. When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.

New here. My company is hiring for several positions, When someone uses you as a referral, what do they tell the company when they ask how you know said candidates?

Products I worked on previously were sold to a new company. I am a good fit because of my experience. However, I specifically left the previous company because I disagreed with the strategic direction they were taking with the products and didn't leave on the best terms with some of those involved. I've been told that the leadership is all new people, but, some might still be there.

How up front should about be about that history in the interviews?

Why do recruiters waste candidates time by asking them to pursue jobs with a lower title, less compensation and a smaller scope? There is so much information available online today I just simply don’t understand why there is such a disconnect. For context, my current TC is around 325k and I have a Sr. PM title at Amazon. I frequently get recruited for PM roles at small companies offering 80-100k. What is the recruiters thought process?
