I currently work for an RPO and I am looking to transition. I am limited to the experience I can gain because there is a separate team for everything. Sourcing, screening, the HM interview themselves and the HR person handles all the offer info. I have been applying everywhere and because I don’t have full cycle experience no one wants to give me a shot. Any advice?

How do I take zoom interviews if my office is mandating me to be back in almost every day? It’s tough to schedule all interviews on my 2 remote days. Is it in poor taste to prop up my phone and take the interview in a conference room on a mobile device?

Are PE firms conducting final round interviews virtually? I would have assumed that PE firms would not give out offers without in-person rounds, but at the same time, clearly this quarantine seems to be for an extended period of time. Do you know of any firms giving out offers from fully virtual interview rounds?

In 1st round interviewer is very much impressed and tell me directly i am happy and recommend you to the HR.

Now in 2nd round, interviewer didn't joined the interview and I have send an email to the hr stating the same.

Now HR has Ghost me nor returning my email or call.

What to do now, is there any way to check the current status?

Guys did anyone attend an interview with @Comcast recently. All the negotiations are over and they are yet to release an offer even after 3 weeks. Saying that some finance clearance from the US has to come. But saying they will offer for sure and it will take 1 more week. Now I am waiting for almost 4 weeks for an offer. On top of this, I do extra duties that my coworkers don’t do and struggle with the work load. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and am not sure what to do.
