People who work in health care, or are close with someone who does: what is actually going on with COVID and the vaccine? Honestly feel like I can’t trust the media, the government, or the CDC/WHO. I know cases are up, but is it still as severe? Are the vaccinated safe, or did we botch the vaccine? Really just scared and can never tell whether I’m doing the right thing anymore.

(I know there are versions of this all over the news, but want to hear from people who deal with it live.)

What is your relationship with your cost consultant? I find that they often want to get in the weeds of line items and slash costs arbitrarily that it’s not worth me even doing a 1st pass on bids...

I’ve been a Sr HRBP (different titles ranging from HRBP to director in my career over the last 10+ years). Essentially I’ve always worked in this capacity.
