Good morning,

I’m currently looking for a career change into long term care. I currently work in a medical office assisting with scheduling appointments. I have a masters in health administration and I have a bachelors in health informatics. Those are some in-demand degrees you have there. You should have no problem finding a job. Health informatics background can help you get into very high-paying jobs. I recommend looking for roles in data analytics at any health payor (Humana, Cigna, Anthem etc.).

So , which one should choose. I heared Mindtree policies are still better than Larsen & Toubro Infotech as they don't track and provides sick leaves also over paid leaves.

But in LTI they do track and no sick leaves are there .

So after merger Mindtree policies will apply or LTI policies will be apply ?

Looking for some guidance or similar experience. I have 3 years of experience in the health care industry (1 year clinical, 2 years admin). I have my MBA with an emphasis in health care admin. I’m struggling to grow my career or find a higher level position. I have applied to various positions within my area and just can’t seem to get an offer. Should I consider changing industries or what can I do to stand out? More certifications? Additional schooling?

Partners - I am doing some updated financial and estate planning and looking at how much (& types of ) life insurance I carry. In my early 40s, currently have $3M in term life insurance with $3.5M in assets, and spend about $150k per year now. My financial planner was recommending I add $5M in life insurance at a minimum but was suggesting closer to $10M. My projected earnings in next 20 years is likely $30-35M in current $s. Do others carry that much life insurance and why?

My team is hiring a few internal consulting positions including a Sr. Managerial Consultant, a Sr. Data Consultant, and a couple of Sr. Consulting Associates. We’re the internal managerial consulting arm for Kaiser Permanente in NorCal. Great landing spot if you’re looking to transition to industry, want better hours, and want to work for one of the leading healthcare payor/provider systems in the country. DM if interested.

What's the best health insurance policy that I can take for my parents . Does Ericsson offer good one ?

I left HCL and joined Ericsson but I I would like to continue the same insurance that I got from HCl but not sure how should I port.

Suggestions are appreciated.

I'm having 2 offers currently for data engineer position, 1. Quantiphi: fixed 15, 1 VP. Project: electronic health records
2. Virtusa: fixed 16.15, VP 5%. Project: British telecom. Migration project, PySpark coding with AWS glue EMR.

Please suggest me which one is best?? Feb 8th is my LWD.
I'm also in 2nd round at other companies like Brillio , NetApp (Data ops)

I have 1 YOE out of college at a boutique doing mainly pricing and market access work. Would it make sense to move laterally to ZS pipeline & launch strategy practice for the bigger name, broader project scope, and slightly higher pay? My personal goal is to be in LS consulting for 2-3 years total before making a move (health tech, MBA, not 100% sure). Thanks in advance for the advice!
