It seems that the new hiring process is that you will either be a legacy )working in an experienced advisors office and receiving a bunch of accounts to start working with, or possibly a Goodknight program where you receive 5 mm in assets to get you off and running. You are responsible for making contacts to grow your business. Do not think you can just sit back and get by with the original accounts you receive
