I don't know how common this is but anyone ever left a job a few months after starting? What were your reasons for leaving when asked during interviews? And did this cause any disadvantages to you in the long run?
I have an awesome opportunity to apply for a promotion that would give me additional responsibilities but a faster track to leadership. I am also 10 weeks pregnant with my first confirmation appt next week. I want to go for it but feel bad about applying when I would go on mat leave in about 6-7 months, pending everything is on track with my first appt. Wanting advice on whether to apply or not and whether to disclose the pregnancy?
What accommodations can be made for a Deloitte case interview? Should I ask my recruiter or no? I would just disclose that I have a learning disability but adhd depending on what I need to disclose

Tie or no tie for video interview?
All of my friends and seems like everyone around is looking for a job change as I see on a average, everyone is getting close to 100% hike in new company, is this just a bubble, because hiring and job is wfh, or this trend continue even next year once the physical offices open up? I'm going through a bad FOMO, seeing everyone change companies and getting double the pay. Tried giving interviews, but many rejected me just because of my 90days notice period. What should I do? What are realistic career paths for BDRs that do not want to be an account executive? I have been a BDR for 4 years now and looking to get out of sales but unsuccessful so far . I’ve interviewed for social media roles, BDR manager roles , always falling short on what they are looking for. Beginning to think I’ll just have to accept a career that I hate that brings me no passion and try for AE role. My ideal role would be in product marketing or social. Any advice?
Anyone given the Googlyness and Leadership interview? What kind of questions are asked?
Cyber 🐟- If anyone looking for Cyber Referral in PwC especially IAM/PAM, feel free to ping me. Happy to refer also interview would be guaranteed (Exp Manager here with good connect with HR)
my coach is very unresponsive and beyond distant. He just keeps saying that things are tough and doesn’t do anything to help. I work 60-90 hours for the last month and a half and there isn’t an end in sight. Recruiters have been contacting me in regards to positions in industry and I’m half tempted to start interviewing. I’m an S3 up for promotion next summer but I’m not sure even if the promotion will be worth it. Is it worth it to stay till the manager or is it time to jump ship.
I hate the fact that when recruiters reach out they don’t say what the salary range is, virtual or in-person, weekly hour expectations, how big the accounting department is, or literally anything you would want to know before deciding whether an interview is worth your time.
Been job searching for the whole summer and still haven't even had a phone interview. Slowly losing hope and going insane...
Sage Therapeutics: Any insight into the work culture and/or interviewing process? I have a preliminary HR touchpoint later this week. TIA!

How to deal with an exploding offer? I interviewed for a company and was very excited for it. 1 recruiter interview & 1 with a couple team members. Then I got a short term offer a few days later, tried to negotiate and they came back a week later with a final offer. Rate stayed the same but was told I need to answer by next day. Honestly the process has made me so stressed. I'm interviewing with another company at the same time and their process feels warm & they take their time answering
I have noticed that every time I was passed over for promotion a man with less overall work experience who lead less projects and who has less time at my company has been promoted instead. I was told I was imagining things and “it’s not really like that” +
I just got an Oreo with one cookie half facing outside in....how many points should I ask for?

Due to social distancing rules, when the kids come into school in the morning, they have to immediately report to their classrooms. I get it, but I also don't have time to entertain them as I'm prepping for class. What can I do to keep them busy?
