Hey there! No experience with Meta but if you search “Meta Interviews” on the home page you should be able to find the past post about it! Good luck 💜
Thank you!
Good luck to you! I’m actually also looking to transition out of Amazon & hearing that other tech companies have open roles is exciting. Biggest pointer would be using the STAR method & if you get to talk to your leader that you’re going to be supporting than that would mean it’s going to be a green light call. You got this!
Hello! My interview was today. My recruiter helped me. She prepped me yesterday for 30 mins. The recruiter did tell me about the Star method. She reminded me if I state the situation, advise what I did in the situation and state the result was easier for me to remember. Be yourself. I interviewed with a scheduler who gave me a agenda of how the interview would flow with 3 Executive Administrative’s. The questions asked are behavior questions. Each EA had questions. Not sure how many. I was very detailed in my answers so each recruiter was able to ask me 2 questions. Also, have questions for your interviewers. I had 5 questions to ask each recruiter after they interviewed. The questions were great questions and they made them think. The questions gave us a chance to have a conversation and for the recruiter to open up. Each EA had 30mins to interview me. Wishing you the best!! You got this!!!
May i ask what were your questions?
Hey! I interviewed with Meta a couple months ago. I made it to the final round but didn't get the offer. My process was about 3-4 weeks. I think I had one interview each week (recruiter, 2 admins, 2 executives). It took me about a week after final interview to find out I didn't get job. The interviews with the leaders were more conversational. Just be ready to talk about your past experience around organization, prioritization, managing up, and time management. I didn't get the job but it was 100% because the last leader did not like me. It was evident before he even asked the first question.
How did the interviews go? I hope it went great! I have mine next week. Can you please share what kind of questions you had? I'm so darn nervous that my mind will go blank.
I interviewed with them twice but never got the role. I had a better offer so I grabbed it. The entire process took about a month I think.
