Good side hustle for full time artist.

Anyone in here ever made the transition from Big 4 to a small regional firm? If so pros and cons of doing so and any advice would be highly appreciated!

So with 60 days Military PTO, a pretty healthy vacation policy, good benefits overall and from what I am perceiving as a pretty damn good career path, almost like an Army officer career path, is this consulting career actually a pretty good gig? I mean, it seems like you can do just about whatever you want in Accenture, even if “consulting,” isn’t the path you want to go down long term. Are these people wining about comp, hours, and projects, just clueless to what the real world is like, and how much Military hours and “projects” can be? I don’t know I just feel like this is like the civilian equivalent to the Military, and not in a bad way, thoughts?

Interviewing with Partner’s Capital and have 2 case studies coming up. Any advice on how to prepare or what to expect?

What kind of personality do you have to have to thrive in IB ?
Do you need to have the ability to chew out people built into you or can it come through experience?
Secondly, everyone says that IB is a 60% sales game and 40% number game. But who do they talk to ??
At a junior level, wouldn't you be just doing grunt work and not closing deals with clients ?
