I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

Granted we are a small firm with a copy everyone on everything policy— but when our principal misses something, the excuse is always: I have 700+ unread emails. I live in a town home neighborhood, & the neighbor 2 doors down has a guest that blocks my driveway/parks in my spot, which is against HOA rules & makes it impossible for me to get out of my garage. Incentive ideas needed!
I’m in charge of our school incentive program for this upcoming year to keep the kids into virtual learning. We are distance learning until at least October. I can not think of incentives for distance learning! Also, does anyone have a good platform for monitoring PBIS type behaviors? I know about Class Dojo, but know there are others....

Zoom Tip: Give out your zoom code to students RIGHT BEFORE the class starts to avoid zoom bombers (when students give out the code to strangers). Also, make sure the default is set on the waiting room so you have to approve all participants. I learned the hard way.
