My sibling is currently going through opioid withdrawal and my family and I would like her to go to detox. She’s insisting that detox isn’t helpful, and just makes her want to use (She has run from detox 5x over the past 4 years). She would like to detox at home instead, but if she is going to go to rehab, I she needs to spend at least some time in detox.

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. Struggling- It's so hard to work in an environment that's trying to move towards being tech savvy (teams meeting, automated systems, heavy email communication), when you have team members who refuse to change.
