So I just got fired…. And was told I’d get two months severance… I’m in utter shock since I just got back from the hospital. I was told I needed to improve my performance in January and all the check ins I’ve had I was told I’m doing much better and was put on multiple long term projects and then this happened. I’m in shock and idk if 2 months severance is good bad?!? Idk thoughts?

How long does it take for HR to release offer letter.
They asked my payslip and other documents 1 week back but no HR call yet(no salary negotiation as well, they just asked documents before HR round). I am on my notice period. If they release it in last month, I am afraid I will be low balled since I am already under paid. If multiple companies offer same salary at last month, can I jave the leverage to ask more from one of them? Any advice is appreciated
