My company is transitioning from wfh back to the office, but everyone returning to the office is supposed to be vaccinated. I told my boss I would NOT be getting the vaccine and he said I wouldn’t have a desk in the office until I did. So I told him I would continue to wfh. He said that “wouldn’t work.” After our phone call, I got an invite for a zoom conference with my boss and an HR rep!? They’re infringing on my rights by requiring a vaccine. What can I do to make sure I keep my job?

Would it be a good decision to pursue Masters degree in Data Science if my professional experience focuses on ERP implementation? I’m on my 5th year working on a corporate job since I graduated in college (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting). I don’t have much knowledge yet in scripting, coding or other IT stuff.

I just cleared my AWS Cloud Practitioner exam and am curious whether I should pursue Solutions Architect Associate and/or Developer Associate certificate next. Old client of mine wants to build a new Data center and wants me to pull together a team to scope design, buy land, and build it ground up from bare land. How should I setup a commercial model for it.

Advice: I'm taking over a new thread, and I've been shadowing the current lead. The development team appears to need a LOT of handholding. During our daily standup, I find that we spend over 45 mins (15 min meeting) daily going over code. There is so much handholding.
