Anyone here work at UF Shands in Florida? I’m interested in working there long term, but how easy is it to get in? How easy is it to transfer departments (such as from auditing to compliance)? Are the health benefits any good?

I have a friend who is a lady Product Manager, but has been out of the market for 5 years and is hesitant to step back in without some help. Having a tough time getting a Product Manager interview. I have 3.5 YOE in technology implementations for a startup (my client). First 2.5 years were spent building my clients software, most recent year has been as a project manager for them. A lot of what I’ve done in last year overlaps ProdM responsibilities but I recognize it is a change. Am I reaching too much for a PM role? What are other roles I should consider to try to position myself to break into PM? Thank you for your help 🙏🏼

I've observed so many corporate versions become an advertising strategy (SM posts, diversity reports) without doing the actual work (increasing representation in senior leadership, salary analyses, having an effective reporting system for bias). I have cracked 2 technical interview with cognizant and waiting for HR round (got selection confirmationfrom recruiter), but it's more than week I did not received any confirmation on hr interview and recruiter is also not responding to emails and call. I have send documents to recruiter as they asked.

How do I disguise government consulting as commercial consulting experience? I’m trying to switch from govt consulting to commercial consulting. My clients and projects don’t map well to anything in the private sector and it seems that commercial consulting practices think government consulting experience is worse than useless. Any tips?
