How things work in accenture for 2 YOE guy? I got hired and joined and didn't get any project code as of now. Somebody all of sudden called me today for project and started asking technical questions which I couldn't answer and he dropped the call.
I'm little worried now. Can anyone suggest what was it or what should I do?

I was assigned to be a lead for a project. So, I am supposed to manage about 2 to 3 other data analysts. I look young and usually people don't think I know as much as I do. Any ideas on how start off strong with this new project?

Hi everyone, its my first time posting here but thought I'd ask for some advice on this.
am a beginner UXer with a design education background. I just got a job as UI Designer. I am super anxious. I am good at research to wireframing. But UI, never done it before... high fid, design systems etc are all so new to me. This is making me so insecure getting into the new job what if I make a fool of myself? What if I ruin projects and real client work? Should be excited but can't stop overthinking.

The most creative thing I’ve done since going client side is learning to trade stock options. My portfolio may be stale and in disarray; I may be bummed out by recruiters who ghost me; but as long as I can print a few thousand extra tendies each week, how upset should I really be?

So I was diagnosed w cancer and have spent the last 6 months in surgery, chemo, rocs, etc. I’ve not stopped working accept for 2 weeks post surgery. My boss has been generally understanding about me taking some time when needed. I took a few extra pto during thxgiv week. When I got back I was given poor feedback &told that “your inconsistent presence is hard to work with”… how do I react?

When assigning papers or projects how much flexibility do you give students in terms of subjects or form? Do you find it works out better when everyone is doing the same thing or when each student can do what they feel the most confident in?
