Considering buying a home for the first time. Do I need to stop applying for credit cards 120 days out from the mortgage application (or more)? I know they’re strict with travel and COVID isolation- but curious how it is for Americans traveling… are there any special procedures? I am an elementary art teacher. I am also in the national guard coming off a recent 2 year deployment my marriage is struggling, my school was unsupportive, and my 3 kids are having issues with me leaving.
