Got a call from HR today. Asking to resign with 2 months pay. I was in bench since June. And in last project my performance was great, manager also gave good review. But I was not able to clear last 3 client interview. One manager told me things are not good. There are very less projects. My tech Full stack Javascript, React, Node EPAM Anywhere EPAM Systems

He said someone will follow up with the next steps(video interview) Tomorrow will be a week and I haven’t heard anything not even a response to my thank you email .. I don’t know what to think 😫

1. How difficult are the client rounds of interviews after onboarding in epam? Do we get intresting projects or boaring projects like mastercard?

2. My offer letter says it's completely remote, does the remote working depend on the project I will get or it will always be remote as per my offer letter.

Tech stream : performance testing, 9.9 years

Looks like to show growth EPAM india has over hired candidates without actually having enough projects and now doing cost cutting.
