What should I expect from my manager? I've stuck it out for a year now and all I'm ever told is to not make mistakes. Manager stated explicitly that he does not want to review or test my work. Any attempts at discussion of why I made a mistake are dismissed by him as me making excuses. I never get any positive feedback. I somehow manager to make it a few months without making any errors but I missed a small detail in a large project and my 1on1 went terribly because of it. Is this common?

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. There is a ethical issue with the Nagarro interview process. Why don't Nagarro make the job interviews aligned to the same level of client interviews. Client interviews in Nagarro is tougher than job interviews. This way Nagarro is increasing the bench strength but then putting extra pressure on the candidates in to find a project. Keep the same standard of the interview for both job and client. This way both will be in a good state of mind.

Those that were positive with Covid, when did you leave your house and stop isolating? Was it after the 10 days or once your symptoms disappeared?

I'm an analyst who is often spoken over in group huddles when a manager / MD / anyone higher than me speaks. Wasn't bothered at first, but it's been consistent over months. I have join new project before a month as a tech lead. From first day my manager started pulling me in client meetings and set expectations to speak in meetings, looping in different topics and asked to take ownership of it. Also lead the calls , manage entire team , 100% billibilty etc.

I was recently approached by a recruiter regarding a job that piqued my interest. I spoke with two members of the hiring team the following day. The team extended me an offer (supposedly) and the recruiter called and demanded that I make a decision on the spot. I explained to the recruiter that I needed a few days to evaluate everything to make a decision. The recruiter refused my request to have more than 24 hours to make a decision.
