But my date of joining is on Monday, HR is telling me to join & they'll send the updated offer letter within 7 days of my joining, can we trust these words, Has anyone faced a similar situation?Tata Consultancy
Need help from Amazon 🐠 Anyone interviewed for Amazon L5 BIE in GSF supply chain team? The JD said basic qualifications include data modeling, ETL, data warehousing and optimization. Any idea or experience how they will test these topics? Asking about related experience? Or show some data and ask how you will deal with that? Or like a case study, given a senario and ask how you think in order to tackle problem? Need advice/idea/experience urgently. Thanks in advance.Amazon @BIE

PwC will be good experience but you’ll work a lot of hours. We are super understaffed right now. The manager role likely has a better WLB and I would think allows an exit to more senior opportunities.
You may want to consider salary/compensation growth within 5, 10 years. Likely a very big difference. PwC will open more doors in the future if you decide to go industry later. You will grow and gain exposure to more things in consulting and also be more challenged. If you care more about WLB now, go industry.
100% agree. I’ve been in both, and can tell you that your learnings in B4 are about 2-3x what you learn in industry. Also, at this stage in your career, your salary increases will be higher than industry, so build that base now. You will still have plenty of career time left to spend in industry.
You don’t want to work for SBD. Company culture is toxic. It’s a fairly old school company, management is old school. There’s no growth.
