OP - if you don’t like the new job, you can always come back to PA. But if you don’t take this job, you will always wonder “what if..?"
15k is nothing. Would wait it out 6 months, get the senior title and get a raise on top of your senior raise

Yeah I'll be happier. I actually tried to roll out beforeast busy season but it was tough/bad options in my market during that time. I think it's a good time for me to leave even tho I won't get senior. I may use that as negotiating power and ask for 80k

If you'll be happier, you shouldn't think twice. However, promotion to senior actually counts for something, even if it's not another audit position.

How much longer is your busy season? If it’s not long, it may be worth it to stick to it, get the raise/bonus and enjoy the summer time. Once things start to get busy then you can bounce
