How do you deal with staff that don’t follow instructions? This is my 2nd project & I find that when I give specific instructions it’s not followed thoroughly or done sloppy. I’ve done walk-throughs, provided feedback etc. I’ve even pulled in management to deal with it. I’m starting to feel like they don’t respect me

I spent the last year and a bit working hard to eventually achieve my goals, and I recently hit a major stepping stone in the long path.

It was overall a really lonely and tough journey, and I was so proud I persevered even though I still have a ways to go...and then today a peer told me they achieved my end goal after trying for about 3 weeks.
