Anyone has gotten I-485 approval without I-485j receipt. My I-485j was filed with other documents for which I have recipes receipts but there hasn’t been one for I-485j. I am reading on trackitt and telegram groups that you can get an approval without this receipt. Any cases here?

I had Global Entry based on my green card and I read that I need to get an appointment to to get my file updated in the GOES/TTP system at an enrollment center.
