Hi Fishes, wanted to know the status of leaves during notice period in GDS.

In mid year - Business consulting -Got progression from Staff 3 to Staff 4 (Associate counslatant) with 10 % hike.
Current package - 6.3. Is it good with current market standard.
Total experience - 5 yrs.

I've been in GDS for 5 months now and have got work only for two months. I'm not sure of why I'm not getting any projects. Can anyone suggest what should I do. I feel that I'll just get fired if it goes on like this. Is there anything I can do apart from talking to my manager.

We add minimum of three people for LEAD feedback.

How are feedbacks from different quarterly cycles decide year end ratings?

Or is it simply that Counsellors and SM's sit and decide on ratings and hikes for the counselees??
