Got an email from HR citing non compliance to TCS working hours policy for being less than 3 hrs available in lko ofc.
Definitely I'm not available in ofc for all the hours courtesy shared seat, connectivity, odc environment, and travel time issues. Yes I do visit ofc for an hour or so. I'm uninterruptedly providing support to project for 10+ hrs daily over past many months. With ofc env being chaotic and overcrowded, can't do my work and get 0 efficiency.
What are my options?

Negotiating a settlement. I’m at $10k, opposing counsel is at $20k. My client won’t go higher than $15k. OC has come down to 17.5k and says his client won’t budge from that. Do I offer 12.5k so we can hopefully meet in the middle at 15k? Is that how the settlement game is played? Seems dumb we can’t just say let’s meet in the middle now and be done with this. From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"? Or will they forcefully transfer and change the base location without employee's consent?
