Prepared, attended and cleared technical interviews with DUSI for lateral hire two weeks back. Now HR is telling me that the open positions are less. Since my NP is 90 days, profiles with lesser NP are preferred for now and my profile has been put on HOLD.
Though nothing can be done about it now, it feels really bad when things like this happen...

Last week, I had an interview with JPMC. The interview was scheduled based on a post that the director shared and I DM him with my resume, no HR involved. Interview was very smooth and easy.
