How late in the year does McKinsey and company conduct interviews? Can I get an interview in December for example?

I received an ITA from the Sept 30 draw but I'm currently in between jobs. I do have a job offer for the next position but it starts in February.

Hello! Any women here in an executive role within a FAANG/tech organization? Over the past year I've had interviews with Google, Uber and Amazon/aws- and so far I've always resolved to stay within 'consulting' because I'm unsure if the 'exit' would be the right move for me.

I had an interview for my dream job and the wait to find out if I get the job will take a month or more, after the holidays. They managed expectations with the wait time. The wait is so long and excruciating. I wish I could sleep until mid -January and then get my results. How do I make this wait more tolerable ?

I have been interviewing for summer internship and everytime I got interviewed by white men.
I was wondering how you feel about white male interviewing you.
Although socially not the case, I find it difficult to connect with them. I cannot pinpoint why but I feel like they will always favour white candidates.
Why can't these companies bring in minority interviewers in the process, and assign candidates equally?
I am really struggling with that.

Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid- August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer?  Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge to ask Chicago? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? I prefer Chicago

I cleared the Interview for SDET in Oracle today in the Manager discussion, He asked about the Expectations and I told 25 lpa, He said we cant pay that much as Your current is 14.7.
I said I can be flexible and minimum i can go for is 22 Lpa as i have another offer of 25 but considering oracle brand value i am ready to go settle but he said I can't offer you this much and left the zoom call. So How much oracle is offering for SDET of 8 Years of Experience?
