Main reason I still find myself HR consulting at Big 4 is the benefits and long paternity leave, but the crazy hours and stressful rigors of my day to day have me wishing for something more manageable where I'm able to Log off at a decent hour and be able to spend more time with friends/family and excel in something in particular.
