What’s the salary of ITRA manager at EY in NYC?
Joined Cibersites India Bangalore in Jan 2021 which is now htc global. There was no CTC revision with March 2022 salary, and so far, no news of CTC revision. I know employees working for over 24 months with no CTC revision. My question is are the appraisal formalities mere formalities? I'm unhappy about the pay structure. For a 65k PM CTC, I hardly get 52k in hand. With rising inflation, and no salary revisions, it's just going to be difficult. Tenured employees, please advise. 😥

Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.

I’d just make sure that fund accounting is something you think would interest you and not just for $ as you may get pigeonholed after some time in the role. I know someone who is a fund accountant and hours can be a lot
Salary is good at 90k, but you can make more than that in big 4 after a few years. Thought about leaving at manager ?
Are you at a third party administrator or the actual fund? Also , are we talking mutual funds or hedge fund / private equity?
I was a fund accountant prior to switching to tax. I would agree with above that it does pigeonhold you, but I personally like the fund world.
One interview I had with a hedge fund in Evanston controller said “ I would hate being a controller at like a big corp such as McDonald’s for example” . I agreed with her i just like financial services .
Probably that I was right out of college
I feel as if undergrad accounting is way more corporate focused IMO
Fund is so niche I don’t recall going through it ever until I started working

I got a similar offer and accepted - tax background and a little over a years worth of experience. Depends on what your long term goals are - I kinda want to get out of tax so want to explore this path.
