Hello everyone! I currently work in GA as an RN OR circulator at an eye surgery center. I plan to be a travel RN in Philadelphia,PA come this summer. What are the best hospitals/outpatient centers to work with best pay? What is the pay scale up there? I would prefer the 4-10s or 5-8s schedule because I have 2 young babies.

Is it possible to jump to a DoD contractor on the mission side of the IC for $200K? I’m at 4+ YOE in consulting, and simultaneously 4+ YOE as an intel reservist.

I love working the mission but I also want the big paycheck. Am I being unrealistic or is something like this attainable?
