Always negotiate but that seems around the proper number.
Seems right just about.
4 years, MS, STEM background and TS got me 115k a few years back. Not in HC though.
I'd negotiate too. They offered me 95k initially and I countered with 120k (since I had a counter offer). They did 115k + 5k signing.
Get what you are worth.
Ask for higher. Acquaintance of mine was offered (didn't ask for) 130k for SC in EP, 4.5 YOE, GPS.
Sounds about right - would also need to know skill set and market offering

What did you end up getting from D? May be in a similar boat soon. Was hoping to push for 120-125

To clarify that was the 105 and no signing was the verbal offer discussion
The written offer was 110 and 5 that they wouldn't move on. Maybe they could tell I was eager to jump
