Need more background info... but since a C at Accenture is SC at Deloitte or an associate at Booz, that’s around middle from my guess
Your background would help figure out if that’s a good offer
Yeah very fair offer
Consultant at Accenture is NOT a SC at Deloitte. Accenture has like a 9 month promotion. C at Accenture is a C at Deloitte
It is the same for Advisory, not consulting tho...
Also try and get a 5k sign on. Say you’re speaking to other firms and that is in the compensation package. Or say you’re looking for something closer to 110, would a sign on be possible? You’ll probably get a higher base or sign on.
102k was the max they were willing to do in the consultant band. Therefore, zero sign on.
idk about accenture but that’s very high for deloitte fed. range at D is 75-105k for consultant.
Not in Fed, but at 100 with 15 bonus for Salesforce Consultant role in a tier 3 / low COL city with 3 years of SF experience. So I would say that’s about right for Fed in DC.
Need more info to best determine. Understanding your background on skill set would help best determine. If your skill set is strong perhaps you would have the ability to negotiate.
Their background is under my reply, 102k seems about right for 4 years out of undergrad in fed
Salary is fair. Based on your years of experience (which could have places you at either Senior Analyst or first year Consultant). Be happy you got the consultant title.
If you question the offer look at Payroll.com. it sounds like a solid offer. If you are needing g a sign-on bo us ask your recruiter for one. ACN will usually do this.
