Got an offer from Capgemini and they have given doj on 11th july. Later I got the last working day from my current employer which is 29th July. I asked Capgemini to revise my joining date. They agreed and even confirmed that over mail. Now the hr is not picking up my calls since last couple of days. Even she is not responding to my mails. I have the offer letter and their confirmation on mail that they will revise my doj once I get the lwd from my current employer. Now whom should I contact?

I’m a cyber sec analyst with an experience of 4 years and 11 months with a fixed salary of 11LPA. I was interviewd at comcast ( For SKY ) and it went really well. The panel fron UK was really sweet and kind and I dint have any 2nd thoughts…Until, the HR said they could offer only 12 LPA as my current package itself is too high for my experience and the finance team isnt providing approval beyond 12L

I have been converted to B2 in December 2020 from a wasian. Am I eligible for band progression this time..?
I have seen mail stating your last promotion should be before July 2021 so I fit in that. And my performance is also good in current project from January 2021.
I have messaged my manager to nominate me for band progression, he read that but didn't reply anything. He is not so co-operative and my TL is new to project.
What should I do.

We work very hard to do what is best for these students. It is exhausting and frustrating to constantly be undermined by administrative policies that push these students through the system. We deal with a lot of cheating, behavioral issues, and some teachers/parents doing homework for their students just so they can pass the class. We are all failing our students! How can we work together to correct all of the wrongs and make them right?

Or do you think some are willing to take risks on candidates that they like but don't necessarily fit the bill perfectly? I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.

A recruiter called me for a position, took all my details. I have cleared 2 rounds and then HR round as well.
Later, I shared all the required documents like Salary slips etc.

Why does Capgemini not give work equally to everyone?I have worked in Python in Capgemini but now they stopped assigning work and getting less calls while switching.I know all concepts of Python and coding and some concepts of flask and Django but when I applied few startups conduct tough coding round and rejected rare MNCs are calling so if I resign will I get job or it can be risky.Because I don't know how much company will accept with 3 years experience though I worked only 2year in Python.
